Where do you deliver?
We deliver across mainland Singapore, but not to Jurong Island, restricted airline and cargo areas, BBQ pits, or locations outside mainland Singapore like offshore islands.
Can I choose my delivery date and time?
Absolutely! After checking out, select your preferred delivery date and time. Once your order is confirmed, changes to delivery details require a 24-hour notice. We offer 3 time slots: 9am-12pm, 12pm-3pm, or 3pm-6pm.
What if I miss my delivery?
Since your order might contain perishables, please ensure someone's available to receive it. If not, it'll be left at your doorstep.
What if my delivery address is wrong or incomplete?
If that happens, your order will be returned to us, and rescheduling will incur a $30.00 fee. Perishable items not dispatched within four business days will be disposed of at your cost to maintain freshness.
Can I change my delivery address?
You can, but please contact us via WhatsApp +65 8738 0298 at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery.
How do I pay?
Use a credit card, debit card, PayPal, or PayNow when ordering online. We accept all major cards.
How do I pay with PayNow?

No, we use third-party logistics for deliveries.

If that's the case, don't accept the affected items and contact us within 24 hours at email@example.com. Provide your order number, a detailed description, and photos. If your claim is valid, we may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
How do you keep my items fresh?
Perishables are vacuum-sealed after processing. Frozen or chilled items are packed in insulated foam boxes or thermal bags with ice packs.
How do I store my items?
Check the packaging for instructions. Frozen items should be kept at -18° C in your freezer. Don't refreeze thawed items, as this affects safety and quality. Live hairy crabs shouldn't be stored in the freezer. Refer to the instructions below.
How long can hairy crabs stay alive?
Hairy crabs are packed with ice packs in insulated foam boxes or thermal bags. Once you receive them, store them at 5° C in your chiller. Spray water and cover them with a damp cloth to maintain moisture. They can survive for 2-3 days, but we recommend consuming them within a day to ensure freshness.
What if my hairy crabs are dead on arrival?
Refer to our Refund Policy and contact us via WhatsApp +65 8738 0298 within 3 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and a 10-second video of the affected crabs. We may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit for the affected items. Refunds via PayNow will be processed within 7-10 business days to your mobile number.
How do I handle live hairy crabs?
Handle them gently and avoid squeezing or poking their shells. Use tongs or gloves to pick them up from the back, keeping their pincers away from you. Steam or cook them as soon as possible to ensure they're at their freshest.
